Here is some general information you may want to know prior to renting any of our homes.
To preserve our owner’s investments all our homes are Smoke Free.
Pet Policy is subject to owner approval and a $250.00 non-refundable per pet fee, shots and license current at all times is required. In most cases our owners will also require Renters Insurance to cover your pet.
Most homes are a 1-year lease with option to renew. 6 months maybe offered with a leasing fee.
Our Security Deposits (fully refundable) are equal to 1 months rent, unless otherwise noted.
Under certain circumstanced a higher deposit may be required.
Application fees are $30.00 per person over 18 years of age for those who will be occupying the home. Application fees-(Cash, Only will be accepted, and Separate from the Security Deposit)
Security Deposits and first months rent are payable to TLC Management in the form of a Cashiers Check or Money Order. After which time, you may pay your rent with a personal check.
Homes with Personal appliances : Refrigerator, Washer, Dyer, R/o system or Water softener are not warranted items, and may or may not be replaced.
Homes with Pools: Pool service and cleaning will be provided, monthly chemicals are tenants responsibility.
All Rents Are Due On The First Day Of The Month
